Vacature Shotblast Operator in Oss 36 - 40 uur

As a Shotblast Operator, you are responsible for enhancing the quality of auto parts through sandblasting. You hang the products on a rack, which you then blast with sand. This process makes the metal more resilient and increases its hardness. The products weigh approximately 0.5 to 20 kilograms, with 80% of them weighing less than 5 kilograms. Additionally, you perform logistical tasks such as moving pallets using an EPT (Electric Pallet Truck) and securing the pallets for customer delivery.

You will receive a competitive salary of €18.90 per hour, including shift allowance (which you also earn during the early and afternoon shifts). Other benefits include:

• Reside in the Oss region and have your own transportation to reach Aludyne's location.
• Be available for the 3-shift rotation (06:00 - 14:30 / 14:30 - 23:00 / 23:00 - 06:00).
• Be open to a full-time, long-term employment commitment.
  
  If you have prior production experience, such as working as a production worker, machine operator, or metalworker, it is a plus. However, even if you don't have previous production experience but have a clear motivation for wanting to work at Aludyne as a Shotblast Operator, we are still interested in speaking with you.
