As an Operator, you will receive attractive employment conditions:
- Direct contract with the employer;
- Salary between €2,600 and €3,400 per month + 28% shift allowance;
- Secondary benefits: 13th-month bonus, performance bonus, pension plan, and travel reimbursement;

What are you going to do as a Operator 5-ploegendienst?
As an Operator, you are responsible for efficiently processing products. You monitor the production process via computer systems, perform routine checks, troubleshoot issues, and carry out minor maintenance. Your efforts ensure a high-quality end product and a smooth production flow. You will work in a rotating 5-shift schedule (2 early shifts, 2 late shifts, 2 night shifts), followed by 4 days off.

Requirements
- MBO level 3 education and thinking ability, with technical insight
- Willingness to work in a 5-shift system and a hands-on mentality
Do you have a diploma in a technical MBO-3 or VAPRO program? That’s a plus, but not a requirement. The onboarding and training program will prepare you to become a fully qualified Technical Operator.
