As a Maintenance Technician, your job is all about fixing breakdowns on the shop floor, so that production keeps running as smoothly as possible. The machinery at Aludyne is very varied. Together with your experienced colleagues from the Maintenance team, you'll work on large casting machines, assembly and processing machines, as well as building installations. A lot of the factory is also automated and robotic. No two days are the same, and no two breakdowns are identical, that's where the technical challenge lies. You'll never stop learning at Aludyne, and all that experience is something you'll carry with you throughout your career.

Aludyne in Oss is an aluminium foundry that makes parts for the automotive industry. We supply directly to major car brands. The maintenance department has 16 colleagues, split between a preventive (planned maintenance) group and a corrective (daily breakdowns) group. As a Corrective Maintenance Technician, you'll be in that second group: four technicians working in 3 shifts, keeping the machines running together. The team consists of experienced technicians who are happy to teach you everything about the machinery. The company runs 24/7 during the week, so you'll always be working as part of a team (including alongside the production team).
