Wat ga je doen als Operator 3-shift?
As an Allround Operator, you work together with colleagues on the entire production process. You ensure there are sufficient raw materials and monitor that everything runs smoothly. This allows the drying process to proceed without problems. If something goes wrong? You try to solve it yourself first. If that doesn't work, you call in the technical service. You also operate a forklift to deliver or remove products and materials on time.
You work in a 3-shift system. This means you have varying working hours. You naturally receive a shift allowance for this. Sometimes you also work a weekend shift if needed.

Our client is a leading European processor of plant-based residual streams. They convert co-products from the food industry into valuable applications for animal feed, pet food and sustainable energy, among others.

- You have experience as an operator. Don't you have that? But are you experienced in production? No problem! We'd be happy to invite you to apply;
