As an Production Worker Food, you are responsible for monitoring product quality and the production process in accordance with HACCP guidelines. You identify deviations, take action during process disruptions, and ensure consistent product quality. You follow procedures from the quality manual, report unsafe situations or incidents, and support, train, and guide your colleagues. Additionally, you contribute ideas for process improvements, work according to the planning and KPI targets, perform first-line maintenance on the production line, and help reduce waste throughout the process. You will be working in a two-shift system: from 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM and from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM.
