Wat ga je doen als Logistics Teamleader?
As a Logistics Assistant Teamleader, you support the Teamleader in managing a team of up to 30 employees. You coordinate outbound processes using the WMS system, train and coach new and current operators, and ensure a safe and well-organized work environment. You identify bottlenecks, contribute to continuous process improvements, and monitor quality, safety, and team performance.
You will work in a 2-shift system (07:00–15:30 and 15:30–00:00).

Our client is an internationally leading company in optical products, active in over 150 countries. As a Logistics Assistant Team Leader, you will work in the warehouse, where mainly contact lenses are stored and processed.

As a Logistics Assistant Teamleader, you recognize yourself in the following requirements:
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system;
- Ability to work accurately in a clean and calm environment;
- Experience in logistics;
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
