For our company in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, I am looking for a customer service representative.
Your key tasks:
•Order handling for customers and distributors
•Monitor and communicate status of open orders, returns and backorders with all relevant parties
•Monitor and communicate status of equipment installs, removals and contracts with all relevant parties
•Interact between the sales and service organization, customers and transport companies
