You lead a team of approximately 15 to 20 individuals, employing a coaching approach that takes into consideration the developmental needs of team members. Additionally, you are responsible for effective scheduling and process and quality oversight. You also conduct recruitment interviews and liaise with temporary employment agencies to ensure your staffing needs are met. Finally, you identify areas for improvement, create improvement plans, and implement them. This role offers significant diversity and substantial responsibility.
At this company, a two-shift system is in place, which means you will work either from 06:00 to 14:30 or from 14:15 to 22:30. The position is full-time, amounting to 38 hours per week.
